Q: What is “buniverse?”

“buniverse” is my online persona that I’ve created back in 2020. From just a silly little sketch I drew in my old Windows laptop, it has become part of my identity, logo, and icon.

Q: How do you pronounce “buniverse?”

[bun · iverse]. Please do not pronounce them [boo · niverse].

Q: What’s the difference between “buniverse” and “ujubuniverse?”

There’s not much of a difference. I created “ujubuniverse” because the username “buniverse” was pretty much taken in the internet haha. You could say “uju” is buniverse’s last name, since surnames usually come first in Korea. “uju” means universe in Korean. This is why the logo has stars and planets in the background.

Also, when you say ujubuniverse, you’re saying universe twice, like chai tea, haha.

Q: Will you ever re-design buniverse logo?

Most likely not? I believe the imperfect, sketch-y shapes of buniverse and the planet are the charismatic points of the logo.
